LARGE Callisto Case Finished Dimensions: (Can add Grommets for a Binder Case)

7.25” Tall, 11” Wide, 0.5” Deep

Pattern is drafted for use with domestic sewing machines. There are detailed instructions for every technique, along with “TIPS” and plenty of photos.

The Callisto Case is a great beginner project. This simple design can be customized with different color/textures vinyls/raw edged materials. The Callisto Case is a fast, easy sew!

The Large can be made with or without grommets, to be used in a binder. The Small Callisto Case is a great project for 8.5” x 11” vinyl sheets.

-6 Pattern Pieces and Grommet Template, (including rectangle pieces) in Letter, A4, SVG, A0, and Projector Files for the Callisto Case. (SVG Files need a 12” x 24” cutting mat)

SUPPLIES NEEDED FOR THE Callisto Case: (MATERIALS and HARDWARE)

*           MATERIALS - 1/4 yard or 1/4 meter - Cork or Vinyl (TPU, Clear/Opaque/Sparkle/Printed PVC, Jelly) for the Main Body Exterior, for Large size. Small size can be made from an 8.5” x 11” sheet.

*            MATERIALS - Contrasting/Coordinating 1/8 yard or 1/8 meter - Cork or Vinyl (TPU, Solid/Opaque/Sparkle/Printed PVC, Frosted Jelly PVC) for the Front Zipper Facings and Side Edges, for Large size. Small size can be made from an 8.5” x 11” sheet.

TIP: As they cover stitching you don’t want these pieces clear or unfrosted.

*           ZIPPER TAPE

- One 9” (23 cm) length of #5 zipper tape. (9” (23 cm) of Zipper Teeth) for Small size.

- One 12” (31 cm) length of #5 zipper tape. (12” (31 cm) of Zipper Teeth) for Large size.

*            ZIPPER PULL - 1 x #5 Zipper Pull for EACH Callisto Case

*            DOUBLE-SIDED TAPE - 1 1/2 yard/meter - 1/8” (3 mm) wide Double-Sided Tape.

*           OPTIONAL - 3 x 5/16” - 3/8” (10 mm) Grommets (5/16” - 3/8” (8-10 mm) inside diameter), for Large Size only.
